Careful with That Chainsaw, Stupid

Careful with That Chainsaw, Stupid was inspired by Dirk's experimentation with thorazine, and features a plodding three note instrumental melody with repeated whispered phrases of "watch this" and "hold my beer." The chaotic end segment, which is the sound of Dirk falling into the drumset, was finalized in the thirty seventh take. This centerpiece of Punk Floyd's live repertoire was recorded from basic tracks to mixdown in less than one hour of studio time.
