Rutle Corps (also known as "Banana Corp")[1] is a multi-armed multimedia corporation founded in 1968 by the members of the Rutles to form a conglomerate, help people to help themselves and to have a more legal business.

The main chief division of Rutle Corps is Rutle Records, formed at the same year. Other divisions of Rutle Corps includes Rutle Electronics, Rutle Films, Rutle Publishing and Rutle Retail, whose most infamous store was a clothes boutique. Rutle Corps' main headquarters was at 3 Savile Row.

The company repeatedly found itself in bankruptcy, as people often stole items from Rutle Corps' headquarters, such as teabags, typewriters, TV sets, telephones, cars, and even offices. However, after the Rutles broke up, former roadie James Twirlsum took control of Rutle Corp. After his control, Rutle Corp actually began to do well and gained back some money. James proceeded to manage it until his death in 2007.
