"Lullaby" was the last song of the 1969 album Shabby Road, and the last song ever recorded by The Rutles as a quartet. Although it features only one Rutle.

It also appears as a bonus track on Archaeology 1 sold in Japan.

The song appears ten minutes after the previous "The Lunch You Take", and does not feature any bass, or drums. After a brief intro, Ron Nasty tells his listeners to go to sleep, maybe as a metaphor for the end of the band.

At 34-second long, it is the second shortest song in the Rutles' repertoire.
